To the mancave!

So yes dinner was wonderful, thank you baby, should have saved it for after our workout but then again Gabby was up. We put her to rest (though for some reason at 11:26 pm she's standing right next to me right now) then proceeded to invade my mancave (our garage) to work out. Did a little of this and a little of that tonight.

Work out time: 50 mins

Sunny did as follows (gotta say I'm proud of her!):

65 lbs leg lifts 15 times for 3 sets

10lbs bar tricep curls 15 times for 3 sets

10lbs bar bicep curls 5 @45 degrees 5@90 degrees 5@180 degrees for 3 sets


I did as follows:

15lbs barbell rotating jump 20 times for 3 sets

65lbs leg lifts 15 times for 3 sets

15lbs barbell each arm tricep curl 15 times for 3 sets

15lbs barbell both arms bicep curls 5@45 degrees 5@90 degrees 5@180 degrees for 3 sets


I think we did good, just gotta keep it up! off to a good start, maybe I should work even harder so I can continue and eat that yummy delicious food she makes!
