Super Bowl Sunday 2011 : It Begins

Today is the 1st official day of our Journey into Fitness.  We will be trying to log our eating/drinking/exercise habits and any new recipes we try as to be held accountable for our progress. As I am pregnant, I wont be logging much in the way of workouts or pictures, (just some stay healthy exercise and weekly belly growth)  David, however, will be sharing his weight loss goals and progress.

DAVID:

GOAL WEIGHT  #175
TODAYS EXERCISE:  NADA
TODAYS FOOD INTAKE:  NOT SAYING (it is, afterall, Super Bowl!!)



SUNNY:
CURRENT WEIGHT #224
GOAL WEIGHT #240-245 WHILE PREGNANT  #175 AFTER PREGNANCY  
TODAYS EXERCISE:  NADA
TODAYS FOOD INTAKE:  TOO MUCH, IM SURE  (it is, afterall, Super Bowl!!)

Wow! You guys are so brave to put your weight up here for everyone to see...mine is a secret that only me and that blasted scale of mine knows! I wish you both much success! Have you tried spark people yet? Great way to track your calories and excercise.

Beth, yes we <3 Spark People. It is definitely helpful for tracking calories!!
