gotta start somewhere...

So I started my workout regimen today. took less time that I thought.

20 mins.

That's it. 20 mins. seemed longer. oh well here's what I did...

50 reps total 15lb dumbells in each hand

followed immediately by

15 reps 90 lbs slightly inclined bench press

did 4 sets of each.

I feel pumped, bet that only lasts 5 mins.....
