While this isn't the biggest loser, I feel like one of those poor contestants that works their @ss off all week only to see a gain at weigh in. But I feel okay with it, my muscles feel better, I have more energy and I am feeling healthier. I think I lost a bunch of weight while being sick, and now that I am feeling better, I should expect to maintain or possibly gain a bit back. I am still working towards my goal!
