What excites you?
Here are things that excite me lately...Im such a geek these days lol
There is no way we could afford or justify the cost of expensive window treatments so I improvised. There were some pretty sage green sheets on sale @ Walmart for a few bucks each, I picked 2 of them up along w/ a long curtain rod. The green matches Gabby's bedding set perfectly! Since I don't have a sewing maching (yet) I made a few small slits in the top panel of the sheet that was folded over and sewn and slipped the curtain rod through...VOILA! I made curtains! And hung them! All by myself for super cheap lol

David and I have been on a new kick...couponing! I have been reading some great blogs and getting awesome tips and tricks and we did really well this week! We were able to stock up on some great sale priced items and even got some things for FREE! Check it out!
Below is Davids trip to a local Grocery store after work on Friday...He was able to get:
6 boxes Hamburger Helper
4 lbs Chicken Drumsticks
2 Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers
2 lbs Bacon
1 lb purple grapes
1 lb oranges
1 lb green beans
2 cans Campbells Tomato Soup
Total: $44.21
We spent: $14.66
Not bad! =)

Today we went around to a couple different stores to check out more sales and use up some coupons before they expired. Here's what we got:
9 boxes Hamburger Helper
6 Healthy Choice Cafe Steamers
3 Healthy Choice Complete Meals
6 Healthy Choice Fresh Mixers
Total:$68.25
We spent:$14.85
Not bad there either! We would NEVER normally buy those meals as they are so expensive but we got 3 of them for FREE and the rest for between .50-.75 each! And now we are stocked up on Hamburger Helper for a lifetime lol
