Disney Challenge Day 29
Day 29: Best Personal Disney Memory

I have to say it's annoying when people say things like, "it must be nice" when referencing someone else going "on vacation or buying something nice" for themselves or their family. You know, in that nasty, sarcastic, sing song way. That they don't mean in the least.
Well, it is nice. Yep, we are taking our family [5 out of 6 of us anyway, as Kimberly just can not miss this pivotal time away from school and part of my heart will be broken, she will be greatly missed] on a very elaborate, very expensive, very ANTICIPATED, very much DESERVED, vacation. We have worked very hard, for a very long time to be able to do this. Saving pennies. Literally. Eating peanut butter sandwiches. A lot. Or ramen. [gag] Not the healthiest, at all. But money saving, for sure. Not having other things we may have wanted, [cable tv, summer clothes [cuz it's dang hot right now in Texas!] afternoons out at the movies with the kids, random meals out just because, no date nights with my husband] But...We have this amazing vacation to look forward to in 6 days. And we have each other, and lots of smiles. And memories. And love.
It must be nice. It sure is.

- Daddy: When visiting the Parks for the 1st time [Animal Kingdom specifically] riding Expedition Everest several times back to back with Jade, Kimberly & Sunny [although not all at once] Good times! =)
- Mumma: I have lots! The one that sticks out in my mind the most is filling up a HUGE pixie stick type thing with sugared candy with Kimberly, finding a bench, sitting down and eating some of it, then hopping off to ride Snow White's Scary Adventure. Unfortunately we [read:ME] left it on the ride when we got off GRRRRRR. A little tip I just recently learned is that Disney will replace said items if you tell them you left them on said rides! Good to know for future reference.
- Super Gabby: They will get back to you on that. *
- Super Gracey: See above! *
